Creating an MP Ember Account

Welcome! #

Creating an MP Ember account is quick and straightforward. It involves completing a short registration form, then confirming your email address. You’ll need a reliable way to sign in, a strong password (or passphrase) that follows the app’s guidelines, and—when required by your organization—an invitation link.

Note: Currently, users must belong to a licensed organization to create an account.

Before You Start #

  • Use an email account you can access whenever you need to sign in or reset a password. Your team may require use of your company or school email for access to their specific organization.
  • If your emails sometimes land in junk mail, check your spam folder or add the firelight-logic.com domain to your allowlist.

Register #

  1. Open the Invite link your team gives you.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions. Enter the information the form requests (such as your name and email).
  3. Create a strong password (and confirm it).
  4. Accept the terms and privacy checkbox, using the links to read them.
  5. Submit the form. If something is wrong, the app will show an error; read the message and adjust your entries.

Confirm Your Email #

  1. After successful signup, you’ll be instructed to check your email. Follow the onscreen instructions from there.
  2. Open the message from noreply@firelight-logic.com and follow the instructions to confirm your email.
  3. If the message never arrives, look in your spam/junk folder, double-check the address you used, and wait a few minutes before trying again.
  4. If the link fails, contact your organization manager or the person who invited you to create an account.

Sign In #

  1. After confirming your email, follow the onscreen instructions to continue to login.
  2. Enter the email and password you used to register.
  3. After a successful sign-in, you should land in the main app, with your Workspace set to the organization you were just invited to.

We’re here to help! First, reach out to the person who manages accounts for your organization (usually your admin or invitation sender). They know your setup best and can quickly assist with most invite, email, or link issues. If the problem persists, they’ll happily escalate it to MP Tools support.
