SCHEDULE A CONVERSATION
Start with a system, question, or concern
If you’re responsible for a system or process where unseen behavior can create real consequences, this is a place to start. You don’t need to have everything fully defined. Most conversations begin with something like:
- a system or process whose permitted behavior you need to see more clearly
- a known issue where the system may still allow more than has been identified
- a business process with handoffs no one has written down
- a question about how students, topics, or cohorts can be sponsored
The goal of this conversation is to understand what you’re seeing, where visibility may be incomplete, and whether a focused analysis, an experiential program, or building internal capability fits your situation. If we find a fit, we’ll outline the most appropriate next step. If we do not, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what you’re navigating.
What to expect
- A focused, practical discussion
- Clarity on which approach best applies to your system or concern
- An outline of possible next steps, if relevant
